1.PLACEMENT OF ORDER |
|

Customers
can select their vehicle from the
available stock lists. All known details
of the
vehicles including photos are frequently
updated in the stock lists. Interested
customers can directly contact us
through e-mail or by phone to make
inquiries
or to make a reservation. Once a
vehicle is reserved by a customer,
we
will start negotiations with
the respective customer. If the customer
does not confirm to us within
three (3) days, the reservation is
cancelled. Individual customers in
any country are encouraged to contact
us directly to avoid third-party
costs.
Once the confirmation is received
we will make arrangements to deliver
the
vehicle to one of our yards in a
Japanese port (Yokohama, Osaka, Nagoya,
Kanda etc.).
If the vehicle of choice is not within
our stock lists, customers can send
us an e-mail describing his/her
needs and our staff will call or e-mail
the customer with necessary information
within 24 hours. Our stocks continuously
change and sometimes we may have the
vehicle of your choice that is not
yet included in the stock lists.

2.PAYMENT |
|

|
Once the order is confirmed, the customer
is requested to initially remit at least
50% of the value of the vehicle (CIF
or FOB) to our bank. |

3.SHIPMENT |
|

After
receiving confirmation from our bank
about the remittance of initial payments,
we will make shipping arrangements.
We
have access to all the major shipping
lines serving Japan, through our shipping
agents and can arrange the vehicle
to arrive in customers home port with
minimum delay. For more information

4.DOCUMENTS |
|
| |
After
receiving confirmation from our bank
about the remittance of total payments,
we will send the original documents
of the vehicle to the consignee using
the fastest available courier service.
